ABOVE - A Land Army Girl Ploughing with a pair of Wykin Shires during the Second World War - I have found out the Lady was called Olive Bradbury and the date would have been about 1960. The horses were Jewel and Worris. Billy Bradbury, Oliues son told me this at Asda today, as Billys niece had told me Olive had worked our horses, but it was Billy who knew she had ploughed with them - 26th July 2009
