Court Order from Coventry County Court dated 9th February 2009
We are applying to abolish the covenant Mr & Mrs Harrison have used against us
On the grounds that it was a private agreement between Mr Harry Tomlin & Mr & Mrs Buckell. ONLY
And was never a True Covenant so doeasn't pass on to future owners of the Farmhouse.
Also a Petition put against both myself, Ann Tomlin and Dad, Harry Tomlin (Who is 90 years young) By Mr & Mrs Harrison has been annulled.
t was annulled on Janury 23th 2008.
Therefore it is defamation of character for anyone to say otherwise and action will be taken agianst them
Mr & Mrs Harrison have also registered a business called Artisan with Companies House
to the address of Wykin House Farm, LE10 3EF. This contradicts their claims against
our business is being harmful to them, at least our business is environmentally friendly
